delivered the opinion of the court.

This is an action to recover damages resulting from a fire alleged to have been caused by the negligence of defendant. There was a jury trial and verdict and judgment m favor of defendant. Plaintiffs’ motions for judgment notwithstanding the verdict and for a new trial were overruled. Plaintiffs appeal.
