Affirming.
Upon conviction of voluntary manslaughter for killing Parris Sloan, appellant was sentenced to the State Reformatory for a period of 21 years. He contends the judgment should be reversed, because (1) the verdict was flagrantly against the evidence; and (2) a statement attributed to him, and testified to by one of the witnesses, was incompetent and highly prejudicial.
