The defendant The Hotel Brunswick Company, being desirous of securing an issue of bonds, made its chattel mortgage to the plaintiff, as trustee for the bondholders, whereby it. mortgaged certain furniture and other chattels in use by it for the purposes of its business, which was that.of carrying on. a hotel in this city. It has become insolvent, and, in voluntary proceedings for its dissolution instituted under the statute, the defendant Josiah H.
