Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Schoharie County (Bartlett III, J.), rendered January 8, 2014, convicting defendant upon his plea of guilty of the crimes of burglary in the second degree and burglary in the third degree (three counts).

Following a string of burglaries in 2012, defendant was charged in a three-count indictment with burglary in the second degree and other crimes, and in a superior court information with four counts of burglary in the third degree.
