In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, the plaintiff appeals from (1) a judgment *518of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Bernstein, J.), entered November 13, 1992, which, upon an order granting the defendants’ motions for summary judgment, dismissed the complaint, and (2) an order of the same court, dated November 2, 1992, which denied the plaintiff’s motion which was, in effect, for reargument.

Ordered that the appeal from the order is dismissed, as no appeal lies from an order denying reargument; and it is further,

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed; and it is further,
