ROSE, District Judge.

The Alabama Consolidated Coal & Iron Company is a complainant. It is a New Jersey corporation. It will be called the “Coal Company.” The other complainant is Joseph H. Hoadley. He is a citizen of New York. The bill alleges that he is a stockholder in the Coal Company. At the hearing it was admitted that he was not. The Baltimore Trust Company is the respondent. It is a Maryland corporation. It has succeeded the International Trust Company. The latter was also incorporated under the laws of Maryland.
