This is an information for adultery. The respondent pleaded guilty and thereupon moved in arrest of judgment on the ground that no offence is charged in the information. The motion was overruled, to which the respondent excepted. There was judgment and sentence, the execution of which Avas stayed, and the cause passed to this Court.
