Plaintiffs filed the original Complaint against FedEx Ground Package Systems, Inc. and T.S. Pruitt on October 26, 2004. On December 22, 2006, the Plaintiffs filed a Second Amended Complaint, adding ten defendants. On April 6, 2007, FedEx Ground Package Systems, Inc. and T.S.
