MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

THIS MATTER comes before the Court on the Defendant’s Motion to Suppress Evidence Obtained From Illegal Search, filed March 22, 2009 (Doc. 112). The Court held an evidentiary hearing on June 12 and 17, 2009. The primary issue is whether the Court should suppress evidence of marijuana plants seized from Defendant Michael Rey’s property in Sandoval County, New Mexico, near Jemez Springs.
