Thomas Overstreet was charged with two counts each of kidnapping and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime and one count each of murder and armed robbery. A jury found him guilty of armed robbery and not guilty of the other charges. Over-street challenges the sufficiency of the evidence to support his conviction.
