PRAY, Chief Judge.
A declaratory judgment is sought in this suit with the purpose also of obtaining other relief and 'determining the relations of the parties under that certain written lease and agreement entered into between the plaintiff and defendant on December 27th, 1943, by which the latter leased to the former those certain premises consisting of a one-story building and basement located at Nos. 521-523-525 Central Avenue, in the City of Great Falls, Cascade County, State of Montana, and further described as having a frontage of seventy-five feet on Central Avenue; and such lease was…
