This is an application by the assignee of Andrew MeKinnéy, the bankrupt, for leave to transfer to the bankrupt’s widow whatever interest the assignee may have in a life-insurance policy of $3,000, issued by the Berkshire Life Insurance Company of Massachusetts, upon the life of McKinney, dated July 23, 1856. The policy is made payable to his “executors, administrators, or assigns,” in consideration of the payment of an annual premium of $62.70' during his life.
