—In an action, inter alia, for an accounting, plaintiff appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Robbins, J.), dated October 19, 1984, which denied his motion to vacate an earlier order of dismissal, and to restore the action to the Trial Calendar.

Order reversed, without costs or disbursements, and motion granted, on condition that within 30 days after service upon him of a copy of the order to be made hereon, with notice of entry, plaintiff’s attorney personally pays the sum of $2,000 to defendant Lowell and $500 to counsel for the corporate defendants.
