The appellant brought this action against appellee to recover amounts paid to appellee upon certain checks bearing the forged endorsement of the respective payees.

The trial court found that appellant should take nothing on its amended complaint and entered judgment in favor of the appellee. The appellant’s motion for' a new trial assigned that the decision was contrary to law. Said motion for a new' trial was overruled by the- trial court.
