POPE, Justice.

Dr. William Earl Korndorffer, Jr. appealed from an order of the Board of Medical Examiners which revoked his license to practice medicine for a period of five years. The Board stayed the order and placed the doctor on probation for the five-year period. On appeal, the district court concluded that the Board’s order was supported by substantial evidence. The court of civil appeals concluded that the order was not reasonably supported by substantial evidence but remanded the cause to the trial court for a more complete development of the evidence. 448 S.W.2d 819.
