Order, Supreme Court, New York County, entered on November 20, 1972, which granted defendant’s motion to dismiss the complaint, and judgment of said court entered thereon November 27, 1972, unanimously reversed, on the law, the judgment vacated, and the motion denied. Appellant shall recover of respondent $60 costs and disbursements of this appeal. The complaint contains two causes of action.
