Pursuant to his pleas, the appellant was convicted by a general court-martial composed of officer and enlisted members of willful disobedience of an order, seven assaults consummated by a battery, two burglaries, and two kidnappings in violation of Articles 90,128,129 and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. §§ 890, 928, 929 and 934 (1988) [hereinafter UCMJ].
