This was a divorce action. After a hearing the trial court granted a divorce to the plaintiff husband and entered a decree settling the property rights of the parties. Defendant has appealed.
In this court no complaint is made of the fact that the divorce was granted to the plaintiff, nor concerning the evidence pertaining thereto. Neither is there any complaint of the decree of the court respecting the property rights of the parties.
