This is an appeal from an order dismissing Counts II and III of plaintiff’s amended complaint, and for judgment in favor of the defendant, The Catholic Bishop of Chicago, a corporation sole, for costs against the plaintiff. The order recites that there is no just reason to delay enforcement of, or appeal from, the judgment and order.
