Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Orange County (Byrne, J.), rendered January 22, 1987, convicting him of rape in the first degree and sodomy in the first degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.
Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
The defendant contends that his conviction should be reversed and the indictment dismissed due to alleged inconsistencies in the testimony of the complaining witness, rendering the evidence legally insufficient.
