In this oil and gas royalty dispute, appellants/cross-appellees Spartan Texas Six Capital Partners, Ltd. and Spartan Texas-Six Celina, Ltd. (collectively, Spartan) and Dion Menser (Menser) challenge the trial court’s judgment in favor of appel-lees/cross-appellants Gary Don Perryman (Gary), Nancy K.
