Raymond A. Haas and Dorothy DiFiore, both of whom are members of The Florida Bar, appeal a judgment finding each of them guilty of two counts of indirect criminal contempt and orders imposing probation and other sanctions on them. Physicians Group of Sarasota, LLC (Physicians Group), initiated and prosecuted the contempt proceedings in the underlying action brought by Physicians Group and W.S.
