Appellees, B. A. Sullivan, John B. Sullivan, Burlin Sullivan and Eliza J. Sullivan, were owners as tenants in common of eighty-three acres of land situated in Hardin County, Kentucky. The land was sold at a judicial sale, and purchased by appellant, J. P. Sullivan as trus-' tee for appellees. The purchase price was $400. After several years, appellant, claiming to have purchased the interests of the owners, obtained a deed from the commissioner. Appellees brought this action…
