Action for divorce -instituted in the circuit court of Monroe county, October 24, 1910, and transferred on change of venue to Randolph county where it was tried in June, 1911. After hearing the evidence the court rendered judgment grant*95ing plaintiff a divorce and disposing of the issue of the custody of an infant child born of the marriage. Both parties appealed, defendant from the decree of divorce, and plaintiff from.that part of the judgment affecting the custody of the child.
