THIS CAUSE having come on to be heard on May 30, 1990, upon the complaint of RONALD EVERETT TIDWELL (the “debtor”) against ANNE TEGTMEYER (the “creditor”) to determine the discharge-ability of a debt pursuant to 11 U.S.C.
