1Opinion of the Court
This case comes before us on a motion of the defendants to dissolve a preliminary injunction, restraining them from the further erection of a wharf, already partly built, in Seekonk River, against their estate, which is situated on the west bank of said river, in the village of Pawtucket. The plaintiffs are the owners of the estate next below that of the defendants, and separated from it by Spring Street, so called. They are extensively engaged in the coal and lumber business, and, for the convenience of their business, have erected on their estate wharves and other expensive improvements.…
