liln this matter concerning a noncom-pete and nonsolicitation provision in an operating agreement, both parties appeal the trial court’s judgment granting in part and denying in part a preliminary injunction sought by the plaintiff, Powertrain of Shreveport, L.L.C. (“Powertrain”), against its former member and the defendant, Denzil Stephenson (“Stephenson”). From our review of this record, we find that the operating agreement does not contain an executed noncompetition and nonsolicitation agreement and that it does not require execution of such an agreement under the plain wording…
