MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
ROLAND J. BRUMBAUGH, Bankruptcy Judge.
THIS MATTER comes before the Court on the Motion for Court Order Abandoning Debtors’ Interest in Property filed by Western Federal Savings and Loan Association of Denver (“Western”). The Debtors filed their “Answer” denying Western’s allegations that the subject real property 1 is burdensome or of inconsequential value or of no value to the estate.
