This is an action to recover damages for an injury occurring at a railroad crossing on what is known as Beck street in the northern part of Salt Lake City. The street forms part of the public highway leading from Salt Lake City to Ogden, and the injury occurred in a collision between the automobile in which plaintiff was riding and one of the cars of the defendant company.
