¶ 1. After a work-related maritime injury, Joe Riley sued Ingalls Shipbuilding Inc. (now Northrop Grumman Ship Systems, Inc.); its self-insured claims administrator, F.A. Richard & Associates, Inc. (FARA); and case manager Alexis Hyland (collectively, the Defendants or Appellees) for numerous claims of negligence and intentional tort.
