This bill was filed against the fertilizer company and several individuals, its stockholders, who had guaran*331teed an indebtedness owing by tbe fertilizer company to tbe bank. Tbe snit was brought to obtain a recovery on three notes of |4,000 each and one note of |3,726.60 There were certain credits upon these notes, which are not in controversy. A judgment was rendered in favor of the complainant for $13,938.77, which sum included interest and attorney’s fees provided for in the note.
