DECISION
The appellants — Gloria DiZoglio, Angelo Palazzo, Linda Marcello, and Leda Palazzo (collectively appellants) — timely appeal a decision of defendant, City of Cranston Zoning Board of Review sitting as the Platting Board of Review (Board), which upheld a decision of the City of Cranston Planning Commission (Commission).
