Appeal from, a decree pronounced by tbe Corporation Court of the city of Winchester, September 30, 1898, in a suit in chancery wherein appellants were the complainants, and the appellees were the defendants.

This suit was instituted to reach and subject the rights and interests of Clark Maxwell, the debtor, in certain real and personal estate conveyed by his wife to a trustee, to the payment of the debts 'of the appellants which had been reduced to judgment, and upon which execution had issued.
The object of the conveyances of the wife to the trustee was, as is stated in the deeds, to provide “an estate and fund for the maintenance, support, and enjoyment of the said Clark Maxwell, the husband of the said party of the first part, at the same time securing the same against 'his improvidence,…
