NORTHCUTT, Judge.
Ronald Byrd was charged with several drug offenses and with resisting a law enforcement officer without violence. He moved to suppress the drugs on the ground that the police officer who seized the evidence had entered a residence without a warrant. 1 The circuit court denied his motion. Byrd then entered no contest pleas to possession of cocaine, possession of cannabis, and resisting an officer without violence. 2 He reserved the right to appeal the denial of his dispositive motion to suppress.
