Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County (Alice Daniel, J.), rendered May 31, 1984, convicting defendant, upon his plea of guilty, of manslaughter in the first degree and criminal use of a firearm in the first degree, and sentencing him to concurrent indeterminate terms of imprisonment of from 8V3 years to 25 years and from 10 to 20 years, respectively, unanimously affirmed.
