The State charged John Reid by accusations filed in the trial court with operating a motor vehicle without a revalidation decal (OCGA § 40-2-8.1), operating a motor vehicle without effective insurance (OCGA § 40-6-10), speeding (OCGA § 40-6-181), reckless driving (OCGA § 40-6-390), driving under the influence'of alcohol to the extent he was a less safe driver (OCGA § 40-6-391 (a) (1)), and driving under the influence of alcohol, per se (OCGA § 40-6-391 (a) (5)).
