Appellant was convicted of murder in the second degree and sentenced to imprisonment in the penitentiary for 30 years.
After arraignment for the second time (appellant was arraigned on more than one occasion before his case was finally set and tried) but before entering upon the trial of the case, appellant filed his motion dated June 5, 1972, to dismiss his employed attorney, H. Walden, who had represented him by employment about a year and the trial had been continued twice.
