CORNELIUS, Chief Justice.

Charles Doue again appeals from the trial court’s judgment denying his petition for bill of review in which he sought to set aside a foreclosure judgment and sale of his real property for delinquent taxes. This appeal was previously before us in a similar posture. In that appeal, we sustained Doue’s point of error and held that no evidence supported the trial court’s finding that the taxing authorities used due diligence to locate Doue.
