SUMMARY ORDER
Geneo Brown, a pro se state prisoner, appeals from an award of summary judgment in favor of defendants on his claims pursuant to 42 U.S.C. §§ 1983, 1985-86, and the Religious Land Use and Institutionalized Persons Act of 2000 (“RLUIPA”), 42 U.S.C. § 2000cc-l. We review a grant of summary judgment de novo, and we will reverse “only if the moving party shows that there are no genuine issues of material fact and that the moving party is entitled to judgment as a matter of law.” Miller v.
