Tbe petition states that the plaintiff is tbe bolder of certain bonds issued by certain named district *613townships and independent school districts, and that all-of said districts, except the independent district of Garland, had certified to the board of supervisors the amount necessary to pay the interest on said bonds, and that the board had refused to make the requisite levy; and the relief asked is that the board be compelled to make such levy.
