The bill is filed by Joseph Ratzer and John Ratzer, junior, against their father and mother and their brother Felix. It prays a dissolution of an alleged co-partnership between the complainants and their brother, in the business of teaming, and selling brewers’ grains, and in quarrying, and an account from their father and mother for moneys alleged to have been received by them in trust from the earnings of the complainants and the proceeds of the business.
