Plaintiff, Bulley & Andrews, Inc., a general contractor, brought this action against defendant, Symons Corporation, to recover damages for contract extras, enforcement of its mechanic’s lien, and damages for defendant’s fraudulent misrepresentation. The circuit court of Cook County declared a mechanic’s lien and entered judgment in favor of plaintiff for some, but not all, of its claimed extras.
