Plaintiff, a nonprofit corporation, is seeking the exemption from taxation provided by CLS 1961, § 211.7 (Stat Ann 1961 Cum ■Supp § 7.7), and CLS 1961, § 211.9 (Stat Ann 1960 Rev §7.9). Action was commenced October 29, 1963.

An appeal to this Court of the determination of tbe status of an educational institution under these statutes requires a re-examination of the particular ■factual circumstances which resulted in a decision of the trial court that the statutes do or do not provide exemption from taxation.
