Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court in favor of plaintiffs, entered June 12, 1984 in Broome County, upon a verdict rendered at Trial Term (Fischer, J.), and a decision of said court which partially granted defendants’ motion to set aside the verdict.

On January 5, 1982, plaintiff Kevin M. Isabell (hereinafter plaintiff) was injured when the tractor trailer he was driving collided with a tractor trailer owned and operated by defendants.
