*226 **349 At issue in this case is whether a claim alleging that a building contractor committed an unfair or deceptive act under **350 G. L. c. 93A, §§ 2 and 9, by violating G. L. c. 142A, § 17 (10), is subject to the six-year statute of repose set forth in G. L. c. 260, § 2B.
