MEMORANDUM AND ORDER RE MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT AND ENTRY OF SEPARATE JUDGMENT

This matter comes before the Court on plaintiffs Motion for Summary Judgment and Entry of Separate Judgment against Walter E. Lindberg with respect to the complaint of General Electric Credit Corporation (“GECC”). GECC’s complaint seeks a determination that its claim against the debtors is non-dischargeable under §§ 523(a)(2), (4) and (6) of the Bankruptcy Code (“Code”).
