*1029In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, etc., the defendant Valley Stream Central High School District appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Woodard, J.), dated October 18, 2007, which denied its motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint insofar as asserted against it.
Ordered that the order is reversed, on the law, with costs, and the motion of the defendant Valley Stream Central High School District for summary judgment dismissing the complaint insofar as asserted against it is granted.
