MEMORANDUM OPINION

WILLIAM R. GREENDYKE, Bankruptcy Judge.

This matter came on for hearing on the motion of David R. Murphy (“Murphy”), a creditor seeking conversion of the debtor’s Chapter 11 proceedings to Chapter 7, or appointment of a trustee in the Chapter 11.
