In this insurance coverage dispute, plaintiffs, A. B. Petro Mart, Inc. (Petro Mart) and Aref Bazzi, appeal the trial court’s order that granted summary disposition in favor of defendant Prime One Insurance (Prime One). For the reasons provided below, we affirm in part, reverse in part, and remand.
I. NATURE OF THE CASE
