RAMEY, Chief Justice.
Relator Stacie Lea Ragland (“Relator”) brings this original habeas corpus proceeding following the trial court’s entry of an order of contempt against her for failing to disclose the existence of certain bank account records to the trial court and to Real Party in Interest John Ragland, Jr. (“Ragland”). The trial court assessed punishment at thirty days’ confinement in the Nacogdoches County Jail.
